Reservations made directly with the hotel (email or telephone) or through the hotel website, questions, modifications or cancellations can be managed through the hotel reception directly, always considering the cancellation policy of each of the reservations.

VAT

Prices include VAT.

TAXES

Please be advised that two additional taxes apply to your reservation in addition to VAT: the Tourist Tax (Government of Catalonia) and the Municipal Tax of the city of Castelldefels (Castelldefels City Council):
– Tourist Tax: As of 1st April 2026, the tourist tax rate will be €0.90 + 10% VAT per person, per night (payable directly at the hotel).
– Municipal Tax of the city of Castelldefels: As of 1st October 2026, the tax rate will be €0.90 + 10% VAT per person, per night (payable directly at the hotel). Furthermore, as of 1st April 2027, this rate will change to €1.20 + 10% VAT per person, per night.

For reservations of more than 5 rooms, the hotel may request additional fees and a different cancellation and payment policy.

Cancellation and payment policies vary depending on the chosen rate.

Non-refundable reservations, the entire stay will be charged at the time of receiving the reservation confirmation and in no case will the amount be refunded.

BAR (Best Avaiable Rate) and flexible reservations, up to 24 hours before arrival, there will be no cost for cancellation. After this period, the amount corresponding to the first night is charged.
